Another camping trip

We camped a couple of days at Yankton with the hubby's side. The kids loved playing with their cousins, but mentioned a lot how wonderful it was that daddy came the whole time! We stayed at the horse camp and got in some beautiful rides along the water. It was perfect weather and we had a great time!

LiviJ went on a couple of rides and spent even more time "just sitting" on the horse because she never wanted to get off. She seems to be a natural and just loves it. She's been saving her money for a pony and she thinks she has enough ($5.62 in change), so she says that all the spare change she finds can go to daddy for food now :)

Minime needs to be coaxed to get on and she's ready to get off in 2 minutes (max). I still think she's scared because of the time she got bucked off a couple of summers ago. The hubby doesn't think she remembers that, but she would have been 3 and I think that's old enough to remember. And her disposition is just like mine - One bad thing happens, no matter how flookie it is, and it's hard to be relaxed and comfortable with it again.

Even got in a quick game of ball before we left.
