No, I'm not talking about my house. I actually went to the zoo with the K-2nd graders at school. I was a chaperone for the Kindergarten class, and spent the morning marveling at some of God's amazing creatures. I took pictures of all animals, but I'll just post some of our favorites.

Oops, those aren't animal, those are my girls.
My favorite was the peacock. It was just so magnificent. Although, I really loved watching the baby monkeys playing and wrestling. They were so cute. The tiny baby goats came in a close 3rd. Ok, so I can't pick a favorite.
The girls had a hard time picking a favorite too, but they thought it was pretty cool to see the
real "Nemo" and "Dori".

After dinner we went to the Washington Pavillion. It's a hands-on science museum and a small hour and a half was not near enough time to explore all the fun experiments that could be conducted on a span of 3 floors. But, they were able to pet turtles and snakes and do some rock climbing, among other things. It was a fun and busy day.
