Party Time!

Had a great weekend celebrating Bman's 1st birthday. We had two parties. One on Saturday with my family, and one on Sunday with the hubby's family. Saturday was a little cold, but the kids still managed to get outside and play with the puppy and get a short pony ride. Sunday was beautiful weather. We were able to be outside most of the afternoon and then roasted hot dogs over a fire in the evening. Both parties were a lot of fun. I decided to do a "farm" theme, so I made him a barn cake and pig cupcakes. Check him out in his overalls!

Here he is eating one of the pig cupcakes. He loved it! He ate just about the entire thing -- and then puked it all back up!

At the 2nd party he decided to try a chocolate chip cookie instead of cake - it went much better! You can see in these pictures that he loved hamming it up for the camera.

The invitation encouraged all kids to dress in farming attire with the promise of a good time and small prizes. Here are pictures of all the cousins.
