Happy Birthday and Valentines Day

Happy 32nd bday to me - yesterday! The girls were both at school for the day, so my mom took Bman and I out for dinner. Yummy! Minime told me in order to have a happy birthday I needed to hang up balloons and streamers and buy myself a beautiful cake. Well, I didn't do the balloons and streamers, but I did buy a heart shaped ice cream cake from Dairy Queen :) The hubby came home with a new fan (which I needed) and I also got a special necklace that was for Christmas and my birthday, and Valentines, and probably every other holiday until next Christmas:)

The hubby also took me out for supper. I wanted to get a babysitter, but he wanted the kids along. I was fine with that, but informed him that he was in charge of them then. I was going to sit peacefully and eat my birthday supper...which is exactly what I did. "Oh, Bman has to go potty daddy." "Oh, now LiviJ has to go potty daddy." "No, you can't have my dinner roll, but you may share daddy's if you want one." "Sure, you may try some steak..have a bite of daddy's." "Daddy will cut that up for you." The hubby was a happy sport about being Mr. Mom for the night and I had a great time!!!

Today I plan on taking it easy too. The girls both woke up to their surprise Barbie Petites Valentines and are hanging on to them tightly while they watch Bman's Valentine...a DVD full of Thomas the Train, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Barney (could've done with out that one), Fifi the Flowertot, and Kipper cartoon episodes. Tonight I think we plan on going out to eat again. Can't complain about that!
