We pray that you had a great Christmas! Here are a few pictures of how we celebrated our holiday.Went to the mall and rode the train. Couldn't get Bman out without causing a scene. He just loved it!
Of course visited Santa. Minime was fine. LiviJ was not so sure about it, and you notice there are NO pictures of Bman with Santa.
My favorite was Christmas Day. The hubby got out the horse and pulled the kids on the sled all afternoon. They had such a great time! I even got a turn. That's what I call a one horse open sleigh =)
We had a great time playing games, singing, and eating at parties. Oh, and of course, opened way too many presents
The hubby and I did a lot of preaching to the girls this year about how Christmas is not about the presents and toys, it's about celebrating Jesus' birthday. But I can see how they can get confused when you see the stash of toys they got. It's so easy to get caught up in the materialistic part of Christmas and I hope we got through to them a little bit what the true meaning of Christmas is.
